How does the ordering process work?

Once you place an order you will an email immediately confirming your purchase details, amount charged, and delivery address. Please review this information carefully!

You will receive another e-mail once your package has been shipped and it will include tracking details.

 

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. Your credit card will be charged once your order has been placed.  Teenywish.com is a verified secure site.​

 

 
Will I be charged sales tax?

A different tax rate will be applied depending on your region.

 
How long will it take to receive my party supplies?

We will process, package, and ship your order as soon as possible, but please allow between 1-3 business days for processing. As soon as processing is complete, packages will ship via Canada Post. Shipping time will depend on the size of the package and location. You will receive an email when your package has been shipped with the tracking information.

We will not be responsible for transit times, which is the responsibility of the carrier as well as lost or stolen packages once we have tendered to the carrier. Shipping times are in addition to the order processing time of 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

 

Expedited and international shipping can be made available on an individual basis. Please email us for a quote!

 

 
Is it possible to track my package or check in on the status of my order?

Once the order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with tracking details.

 

 
How can I add something to an order I've already placed?

We can add or remove items from an order already placed only while your order is still "processing." Once the order has been processed, we cannot accommodate your request and you will need to place a new order for the additional items.

 

 
How can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled if the order is still "processing." Please send us an email ASAP and we will make every attempt to pull the shipment and refund the purchase.

 

 
How can I return all or part of my order?

If you aren't completely satisfied with your products, return it within 30 days of the receipt date and receive a complete refund. Please email us and we will provide you with the return details. Both the return and original shipping charges are not refundable. Items must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Opened, used or edible items are non-refundable.

If you received an incorrect item in your order please e-mail us ASAP and we'll ship out the correct item immediately along with a prepaid label to return the incorrect item.
